DIN UNIONS

Widely used in the Hygienic Processing Industry. DIN unions are manufactured to suit imperial and metric tube and are widely used in the worldwide fluid processing industry.

SMS UNIONS

A French version of SMS is also available.

Used extensively in hygienic process systems utilizing an aseptic gasket to enable full CIP where the pipe lines require minimal dismantling. These fittings are not forgiving to any tube misalignment

BS-RJT UNIONS

A hygienic pipe line fitting for manual cleaning prominently used where the pipe lines are frequently dismantled for washing and sterilising. 4”, 5” and 6” SRJT is available. A CIP RJT union is available.

Specification: Manufactured to BS4825 Part 5.

IDF UNIONS

– INTERNATIONAL DIARY FEDERATION ISO2853 & BS4825 PT4. 1” – 4”

A crevice-free union suitable for CIP where the pipe lines remain permanently in position and used where little dismantling required.

Size Range: 1'' OD - 4'' OD (Imperial)

Specification: Manufactured to BS4825 Part 4.

3A UNIONS

A US 3A bevel seat union with an ACME thread. 

There is no requirement for rubber seals making it ideal for use in high temperature process pipe work.

Specification: 3A Standard

UNION consists of Nut, Liner, Male and Gasket
